Signal Lamp
The signal lamp indicates that the mixer is operational.
The isolating switch is
turned to the off position.
The first access key
is turned and taken out.
The pin is shot
to lock the isolating switch in
the off position.
The access key is
entered into the shutter latch
to unlock it.
The access key remains
locked as long as the
shutter is open.
Securing these mixers according to the machine directive can be done using a trapped key interlock system. Access through the Mixer hatches is only allowed after the power supply to the mixers has been electrically or mechanically isolated.
Inspection or cleaning during a manual operation (max. 10% power for 10 sec) is possible when the mixer is equipped with a frequency inverter in combination with our two-hands console.
