About a decade ago, the emphasis on safety in industry began to grow significantly. This was a period when both legal requirements and societal expectations around working conditions and employee welfare were tightening. FrieslandCampina, a leading company, recognised the importance of this development and decided to actively focus on improving safety within their factories.
During this period, Tiemen Vonk started introducing and improving LOTO procedures within the factory in Bedum. It was important in this process that LOTO materials were set up and used in various places, for example padlocks and tags. In addition, it is very important that personnel know how to implement LOTO procedures correctly and are aware of the importance of these procedures.
