Posts in various dimensions

The standard Troax 60 × 40 mm post is available in three different heights: 1,400 mm, 2,200 mm and 3,000 mm.

The base plate is fully welded and forms the basis of a solid and robust construction. The larger StrongFix 80 × 80 mm post is also available, suitable for rough environments or in places where there is a high risk of impact.

  • Available as standard in grey, black and yellow.
  • Hot-dip galvanised for wet environments
  • Available as SmartFix 60 × 40mm or StrongFix 80 × 80 mm.
  • Standard heights: 1.400, 2.200 and 3.000 mm
  • Prepared for mounting doors and panels

Mounting brackets for the fast mounting of door switches

Use the official Troax mounting brackets for the assembly of all types of Fortress Interlocks safety switches and interlocks.

The mounting kit ensures a robust and ergonomic mounting of door switches on all Troax door types. As a result, alignment of these door locks will never again be a problem.

The kit is delivered directly ex-factory with your machine guarding and, if you have chosen for our assembly service, placed directly on the door.

Unique Safety Products also supplies mounting plates for Axelent machine guarding

SafeLock universal locking system for doors

Designed as an addition to safety guards and safety switches, the Safe Lock provides increased reliability and durability.

The Troax Safe Lock system can be placed on any door type and can be combined with a wide range of safety switches, including Fortress Interlocks, Mechan Controls, Euchner, Schmersal, Telemecanique and Pilz.

The robust casing adds to a longer lifespan of your safety door components and offers a clear identification point.

Apply a padlock

The SafeLock comes with a padlock adapter. A maximum of 3 padlocks can be placed on the SafeLock during maintenance or to prevent containment.

As long as the padlocks are applied, the door cannot be closed or locked.

Sustainable solution

The SafeLock ensures a longer life for your safety switches. Because the doorstop takes place on the SafeLock, the tongue/actuator of the safety switch is protected.

The protective cover where the switch is placed behind is placed to prevent collision damage.

PLd or PLe

The SafeLock is also available with a standard safety switch

  • SafeLock PLd: Low- medium risk environments
  • SafeLock PLe: High risk environments
  • SafeLock PLd GL: Low- medium risk environments with a lock
  • SafeLock PLe GL: High risk environments with a lock

Stainless steel fencing for hygiënic and corrosive environments

BlueGuard is a high-quality machine guarding system that meets the strict hygiene standards of the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Made of passivated AISI 304 L stainless steel, BlueGuard provides a safe and durable solution resistant to aggressive environments and frequent high-pressure cleaning. The system has been impact-tested to 600 Joule.

BlueGuard offers quick and efficient installation with pre-assembled and user-friendly fixings. Thanks to the single universal post, the system is suitable for various configurations, such as straight walls, corners and doors. The frameless design ensures flexibility and adaptability on site. The panels are attached to an open, U-shaped post with high-quality, anchored fixings made of technopolymer and stainless steel, ensuring strength and durability.

The design of the U-shaped post prevents the accumulation of dust and other residues. This ensures hygienic machine protection. In addition, the posts have sloping surfaces as well as floor spacers to prevent moisture accumulation and make cleaning easier. The panels are fixed to the posts with robust fixing elements made of a technopolymer and stainless steel to minimise metal-to-metal contact. This prevents bacteria formation.

Troax offers hygienic stainless steel doors with single hinge, double hinge, and single sliding doors. Magnetic locks and brackets for safety switches are also available as an option for extra security.

The frameless, stainless steel mesh panels are made of welded 4 mm wire and reinforced by transverse folds. They are available in 4 standard sizes. Thanks to their frameless design, Troax panels can be easily adapted on site to suit your unique needs.

Aluminium profiels in various sizes

The QuickGuard system integrates aluminium profiles in various sizes with mesh or polycarbonate panels. This system offers unprecedented flexibility as both the profiles and the panels can be ordered to size, providing endless possibilities for your machine guarding. The lightweight aluminium profiles allow ergonomic mounting and can be fitted with top covers and cover strips in yellow and grey.

QuickGuard has two variants: Standard and QuickGuard Express. QuickGuard Express comes in standard sections for easy assembly. You simply calculate the number of doors and length required and order based on standard part numbers.

With QuickGuard Standard, you benefit from maximum system flexibility, with various options and smart solutions, such as shutters, restricted spaces and various filling combinations. Moreover, you can use various filling materials, such as laminated glass, sound-absorbing materials and steel sheets.

QuickGuard is permanently installed in locations with minimal risk of collisions. The system has undergone impact tests and can withstand an impact of 300-500 joules.

The sound absorbing infills can be easily mounted using Troax aluminium fixing profiles AS1. The non-combustible Troax sound-absorbing padding is made of sheet steel and steel wool and has a thickness of 25 millimetres.
