Multifunctional signallamps

Multifunctional signal lamps are used in industrial environments to combine various signalling functions in a single compact housing. These lamps can generate different light modes such as continuous light, flashing light or strobe light and can often be expanded with acoustic signalling for extra attention value. This allows a single device to indicate multiple warning levels or process statuses.

The use of multifunctional signal lamps contributes to a clear and reliable signalling structure within machines, production lines and process installations. They are used for status display, fault messages and safety warnings, among other things. Thanks to their modular design and high IP and IK protection rating, they are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, even under harsh industrial conditions.

An important advantage of multifunctional signal lamps is their flexibility: different colours, light patterns and, if required, acoustic signals can be controlled separately. This makes it possible to display multiple states or alarm levels with a single device, ensuring clear and standardised communication with operators.

PYRA® L-S(-RGB) compact multifunctional LED lamp

The Pfannenberg PYRA® LED series offers flexible, extremely bright signal lamps with RGB multi-colour or single-colour LED technology. The lamps support multiple signal modes: continuous, flashing or strobe. Clear and reliable status indication in industrial applications. The RGB version allows remote colour and mode selection, ideal for machine and process status indication. Thanks to the multi-voltage power supply and flat panel mounting, integration is easy in virtually any installation. The robust, impact-resistant housing with IP66 protection guarantees long-term operation, even in demanding environments.

PMF LED-HI-SIL multifunctional signal LED lamp with three modes

The Pfannenberg PMF LED-HI-SIL is a powerful multifunctional
LED warning light for use in safety-related applications.
Thanks to ultra-bright LED technology, this signalling device delivers a light intensity of 315 cd. Ideal for use in large spaces and outdoor applications.

The PMF LED-HI-SIL offers three selectable signal modes, flashing light, strobe light and rotating effect, for maximum flexibility. The system has a service life of more than 50,000 hours, is vibration-resistant and has low energy consumption thanks to inrush current limitation and a wide voltage range. An automatic brightness adjustment (day/night switch) prevents glare in dark environments. In addition, up to two of the four light quadrants can be switched off for energy-efficient or targeted signalling.

Typical applications include process safety (such as gas leak detection, overpressure, overfilling or leakage warnings) and machine safety (such as start-up warnings, muting indication or stop delay).

G-LED built-in signallamp

The compact built-in G-LED signal lamp with 3-colour lighting is available with or without a buzzer. Both versions are easy to install using an M30 with counter part.

G-LED’s built-in signal lamps use a 3-colour LED with very high brightness. The robust black-coated aluminium housing is fitted with a matt white PC lens. For quick and easy installation in your control panel or control box, this lamp is supplied with a Pig-tail M12 5-pin plug connection.
